STUDIO ADMINISTRATOR
If you are looking to be a full-time or part-time role as a Studio Administrator, Ballet Classique may be the ideal school for you!
Responsibilities
Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns, including database marketing, email marketing, social content strategy and ad campaigns
Analyse marketing initiatives to improve marketing effectiveness and ROI
Optimise website structure and content for search engines (SEO), and strengthen paid search (SEM) strategy
Design, build and maintain the organisation’s online / social media presence
Identify trends and competitor insights, to optimise the organisation’s multi-channel marketing strategy, spend and performance
To be responsible for producing quality website content to ensure online objectives are met
Planning and executing the organisation’s social media content calendar (all channels)
Curate innovative content for buzz articles, EDMs and social media copy to increase organic search visibility
Oversee CRM to streamline leads management, and drawing insights to inform conversion strategy
Assist in any photography or videography needed in the execution of social media campaigns
Any other related administrative duties
Qualifications / Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Marketing and/or related field
Min. 2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, with proven experience in social media marketing for business accounts
Proficiency in end-to-end ad campaign management on GoogleAds and Facebook Ads Manager
Strong creative mindset and able to work independently with a strong sense of initiative
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have a passion for social media and interest in the dance industry
Have a good understanding of digital marketing strategies and managing accounts
Usage of creative software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier Pro, etc.
Previous experience in agency setting is an added advantage!
